Soft Roquefort with Tradition Cognac
Ingredients - for 4 persons
Mix the Roquefort and cottage cheese with a whisk and add the cognac and white pepper. Add some chopped parsley.
Serve on toast of country bread, grilled, accompanied by a salad of lamb’s lettuce seasoned with a few drops of walnut and olive oil.
